Our foals traveled a very long distance to be with us.  They were saved from potential slaughter from the PMU Ranch in Canada.  At the time of their arrival, they were very manlnurished, skittish and fearful.  We have managed to earn their trust and nurture them to the level of love and trust necessary for quality of life.  Several of them are now working in our youth program and enjoying their life of freedom.  Most of all, they enjoy having food!  Recently, one of our foals, Gracie, was stricken by sand colic as a result of foraging for food in Canada.  Fortunately, with the capable help of Pete Rolf, our Vet and the staff of CSU Vet Hospital, we were able to save her.  She's recovering nicely and enjoying her everyday life.

Our foals are growing and need lots of food training!  Please consider donating to help us maintain their care!
Gracie Moon with her foster mom Nikki. After foraging for food in Canada, Gracie was stricken with sand colic. By the grace of God, we had the funds to save her. The Vets at CSU were amazing. Through their skilled handling and surgical expertise, they removed 100 lbs. of sand from her intestine.
Ruby was one of the youngest foals to travel from the PMU Ranch in Canada. She currently lives at our ranch and is enjoying her training.
